Simone Rocha and Hauser & Wirth are pleased to announce a jewellery collaboration inspired by the works of the French-American artist, Louise Bourgeois, who is recognized as one of the most important and influential artists of the twentieth century.Rocha has long been inspired by Bourgeois, since first seeing her work at the Irish Museum of Art whilst studying. Bourgeois’s exploration of self, family and femininity as well as fabric and use of color have been a continued source of inspiration.
