About your Order
Depending on your location, book orders will be shipped from one of our two fulfilment centres (UK & US). In the UK, we are using DHL. In the US, we use USPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are based on weight and third-party carrier rates.
Editions are sent out from a separate fulfilment centre in the US.
Posters are printed on demand and sent direct from the printer.
We aim to get orders shipped out within the week, and will always follow-up with tracking to the email address that placed the order.
Books available to pre-order have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
Should you wish to make a change to an order that has not yet shipped, please be in touch with us as soon as possible via the email address in your order confirmation, and we will try our best to accommodate any changes.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason once it arrives, you can return it to us no later than 28 days from the date you receive it and provided the item is in saleable condition, we will refund or exchange the item(s), excluding any delivery charges.

Online orders cannot be collected from any of our gallery locations.
However, you are more than welcome to come in and browse curated selections at one of our Gallery Bookshops and Kiosks. Details can be found here.

Our quarterly schedule is as follows: early March, early June, early September, early December.
